HAPPY NEW YEAR
Best way to ring in the new year is by counting down from ten with a crowd of drunk people while wearing my new purchase from the current Barneys sale - these Haider Ackermann Crocodile & Leather Boots. I actually love how comfortable they are. The Givenchy Boots (# 1) were calling may name too but my bf agrees that these were a bit more interesting. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!! enjoy the fireworks

NOVELTY: white wedge.
Shoes: Ann Demeulemeester SS/11sent from Milano via the Antonioli online store, shoes from one of my new favorite designer's collection. I have been searching for the open-toe bootie version of this shoe for the past few months. coping with the realization that it is sold out I settled for these baby, not bad for second place - but also not sure if there perfect enough for me.
NOVELTY: lace-ups
I think these babies are just darling. Got them on a visit to the mall, don't go there often but had no intention of buying anything. Happen to end up there while on a walk with the BF. Walked into backers just to make fun of the Knock-off merchandise. My smiles and snickers stopped when I saw these on the sale rack. For less then my last manicure, you bet these bad-boys came home with me.

Alexa and Flora the designers behind Ohne Titel, gifted me with this gorgeous body conscious little black dress a few days ago- right before I left for school to wrap up my senior year. NOVELTY: Alexander Wang shorts
These shorts were the second of the two things that I got at the Alexander Wang sample sale. I wore them to the studio the other day & they felt almost as if i were wearing pajama bottoms. Just in case you were wondering, they are part of the T by Alexander Wang line, not the ready to wear collection.
NOVELTY: proenza Schouler brights
These are the two items that I got at their sample sale a few weeks back. Great colors and cool shapes too. I think I may change the dress a bit though. I really love the jacket, I've worn it so many times since then.

My graphic designer BF gravitated to this Proenza Schouler towel like metal to magnet. Being a guy (& non-fashion enthusiast) he could care less that is was Proenza. He just really admired the print - not to mention that it was the perfect size.
LIFE: Proenza Schouler sample sale
Dragged Joe (my bf -who is in town visiting) along with me. Lets just say he was one of the only the two males in line that I saw. We awoke at 6:30, the doors were scheduled to open at 9:00. BEAUTY: #19
This lipstick was created for the first African-American model to walk down a YSL runway show. It works so beautifully with my skin complexion and feels so soft on my lips. The color is bold which means (in my opinion) you cannot wear it with blush or eyeshadow. Great for a change of mood or a night out on the town. Happy 4th of July.
